Bought it, got everything I wanted (offline story games). Seller was also very helpful when my activation key stopped working on the same PC I used for the first time. Seller responded in 2 minutes of my inquiry and swiftly reset the key lock so I could activate it again.
Overall, very good service and I will be buying again.
