Turn off the Hello feature in your Microsoft account

  1. Press the key combination Win+R you should have a window open "Run".
     
  2. In the window that opens, enter ms-settings:signinoptions
     
  3. Into the window "Entry options" choose PIN for Windows hello and delete it as shown in the screenshot below.
     

     
    You also need to disable "Windows Hello facial recognition" and "Windows Hello fingerprint recognition" if they are enabled.
