If you have a problem when starting the game on the PC, there are several options to solve it.

Check for Windows 10 updates

To make sure you have all the latest updates for Windows 10, Do exactly as shown in the video https://youtu.be/qlkSn2fcMUI. After installing the updates, restart your computer.

Admin rights

Sign in to Windows 10 with an account that has administrator rights. Most likely, it will help.

Download any free app

  1. Open the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 and click the profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. If more than one account is signed in at the same time, sign out of all accounts except the one whose email was used to purchase the game.
  3. Download any free app from the Microsoft Store for Windows 10.
  4. Try running the game again from the Microsoft Store my library page.

Updating video card drivers

Remove the current video card drivers and download the latest ones from the official website nvidia (download) / radeon (download)

Disable developer mode

  1. Press Windows + R
  2. Type Powershell and press Enter.
  3. Copy the following text, paste it into the Powershell window, and then press Enter.

Make Sure the Time/Date on your PC is Correct

  1. Right click on the clock on your start menu.
  2. Select Adjust Date/Time.
  3. Untick then retick 'Set time zone automatically'.
  4. Reboot your PC.

Reset game data
